UFLPA Compliance & Supply Chain Traceability
HG Energia operates a vertically integrated supply chain across six countries, with full material traceability from polysilicon to finished module. None of our production stages are sourced from regions subject to the U.S. Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA).
This gives our U.S. customers a transparent, documentable origin trail — reducing the risk of customs detention under UFLPA and supporting smoother project financing and grid interconnection.
Full traceability documentation and material provenance records are available to qualified buyers under NDA.
